We empathise with you and your loved ones if you have been diagnosed with dementia or other cognitive condition. Not only does it sometimes comes as unexpected, you must have many questions and need information and a support network to assist you with your journey. Independence & Social Isolation
Our Centre provides clients with a safe space to meet other people who are working towards the same goals as you! We have a lot of fun with our activities designed to promote your independence, confidence and meet new friends.
Lack of Stimulation
Our qualified staff spend time getting to know you and develop tailored activities and programmes designed to defeat memory loss and stimulate your brain. Having a laugh with others, enjoying stimulating games and activities have been scientifically proven to assist in defeating memory loss and dementia.
Daily Routines & Cognitive Decline
Sometimes it is difficult to remember our daily routines when our brain seems to refuse to help! Our centre is focussed on the enhancement of your cognitive abilities and mental acuity to assist you to go about your everyday life with more confidence.
Being a Burden to Loved Ones
Stay Connected offers unique respite care for your loved ones or carers. Whilst you are enjoying a range of stimulting brain activities or a social outling, your carer can do what they need to do – attend appointments, do the shopping or just have some time to themselves. We understand what this means for you and your family.
